•   All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

•   Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

•  Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.99 flat rate or FREE on orders over $50.

•   Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.

•  Local Delivery (Worcester, MA area): Free for orders over $30. Delivered within 24–48 hours.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

International Shipping

•  We ship to select international destinations.

•  Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

•   Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

•   Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

•   You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

•          We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
